We use your Personal Data to: Fulfil orders made on our shop. We save your billing information and other relevant information for as long as needed for accounting purposes, but not longer than 7 years.

If you fill out an enquiry form, we may use your Personal Data to: Pair you with a counsellor upon request and communicate with you about appointments.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Website. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Information to us through the Website, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s personal information.

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We store information in our CRM tool 'Salesforce' – this information can be taken in person or over the phone or by completing a form. We store contact information so that we can contact our clients, counsellors, mentors, and volunteers. We also store this data, so we know when clients are matched with a counsellor or mentor or on the waiting list. We store this data in case a client comes back and requests a service again and for statistics relevant to funding applications. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us.

 

Disclosure of information

 

We may disclose any Personal Information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a legal requirement or court order and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful request.

 

Retention of information

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.
