About the event
We welcome all young people aged 8-13 to participate in an accredited Youth Scotland Award! Join us for an enjoyable, hands-on, and interactive day that includes visiting the Lochaber archive centre, exploring, and creating a display at the community hub New Connections, showcasing any fascinating discoveries you have made!
The event will run from 10 AM to 4 PM at New Connections, as part of our Bright Minds project funded by the National Lottery. Participants are kindly asked to bring a packed lunch. Yougn people should also wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Parents are welcome to stay throughout the day to support their young person if they wish, but it is not compulsory. Please ensure children are collected promptly at 4 PM.
The venue is fully accessible. Please let us know in advance if your young person requires any specific accommodations.

Suggested donation £3
