SMART is a programme that provides training and tools for people who want to change their behaviour. SMART advocates choice.

People are not their addictive behaviours so language like 'addict' and 'alcoholic' is not used. People seeking recovery from any type of unhelpful behaviour are empowered to choose what works best for them, from a tool box of methods demonstrated in meetings and training materials.

Making the first step can be frightening and overwhelming. Please, please get in touch and we can arrange for you to meet our facilitator beforehand and talk through what SMART can do for you.

    SMART Recovery

Our doors are open from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Come in for a cuppa and relax in our warm, safe and reassuring environment.

If you have any suggestions about groups or workshops you'd like to see being created please let us know and we will see what we can do. Any new ideas and feedback are always very welcome!

    Safe, Warm and Welcoming
